Custom Itinerary Delivery: Once we complete the design, you'll receive a custom itinerary package detailing your extraordinary journey.

Our Design Fee Schedule

At Sloane Elystan Travel, our service fee is an investment in unparalleled travel experiences. This fee covers our exclusive design process, access to our extensive preferred partnership network, and our unwavering commitment to exemplary service. We offer a tiered system tailored to your destination and party size, ensuring the highest level of expertise throughout your journey. Requested in advance, this fee is seamlessly integrated into your final payment if you choose to travel with us, or covers our costs if you decide not to proceed. Consider it an investment in your future self, promising a high return in unforgettable memories and extraordinary adventures. We look forward to crafting these special moments with you, elevating your travel experiences to new heights.

North America & The Caribbean

$200.00

This fee covers travel planning and support for destinations within North America and the Caribbean for a party of up to four adults.

Europe & South America

$250.00

For your European and South American adventures, this fee ensures comprehensive travel planning and support for a party of up to four adults.

The Exotics

$300.00

For more exotic destinations in Oceania and other far-flung regions, this fee includes tailored travel planning and support for a party of up to four adults.

Additional Fees

Additional Travelers as a Group:

If your party exceeds four adults, it will be considered another group, and an additional fee of $100.00 will apply for each group of four travelers.

There is no additional fee for children under 21 traveling with families.

This fee ensures that our personalized services cater to your group's needs and preferences.

Airline Ticket Service Fee:

In addition to the destination-based fees, a $50.00 service fee for each airline ticket booked through our services will apply. This fee covers the expertise and support required to secure flights that seamlessly support your comfort and travel itinerary.

No fee will be charged if flights are booked with a vacation package or tour.

The fee includes two revisions (including all and any changes made to the itinerary, flights, hotels, transfers, transportation, and experiences). If more than two revisions are made, an additional planning fee will be required based on your party size and travel.
